A Sydney screen company that turns up when it says it will
We measure, we manufacture in Australia, and we install with our own licensed teams. No subcontractor roulette, no mystery product, no salesperson who has never held a drill.
Built on jobs, not on advertising
613 Living started with one van, one installer and a simple frustration: too many Sydney homeowners were paying security-screen prices for flyscreen engineering.
Over 15+ years and more than 9,000 installed screens, that has not changed. We build every screen to the measured opening, we quote per opening so you can see exactly what you are paying for, and we say no to work we do not think you need. It is a slower way to grow a business and a much better way to keep one.
Everything is measured on site by someone who will still be there on install day, manufactured in Australia to your dimensions, and fitted by our own teams. If something is not right, you call us directly, not a call centre in another state.
Our own product
613 Living screens, made for us in Australia, with the documentation to prove it. We will show you a corner sample before you sign.
Priced per opening
Line by line, so you can compare properly and stage the work over two budgets if you need to.
Our own installers
Licensed, insured, employed by us. The same faces from measure to handover.
We answer the phone
After install as well as before it. A screen that binds in year three still gets a visit.
Five things we will not do
Most of what makes a trade experience bad is predictable. Here is what we have ruled out.
No "today only" pricing
Our quote is valid for 30 days at the same number. Discounts that evaporate when you ask for time are a sales tactic, not a price.
No three-hour sit-down
A measure takes about 45 minutes. You do not need to block out your evening or have both decision-makers present.
No mystery product
You will know the exact 613 Living range, mesh, frame colour and lock going into every opening before you commit.
No subcontracted install
The people who fit your screens work for us. That is how the workmanship warranty stays meaningful.
No selling you the top range everywhere
A second-storey window nobody can reach does not need the same grade as your front door. We will say so.
No vanishing after handover
Adjustments, spare keys, a screen that has dropped a millimetre. Call us, that is part of the job.
What people say afterwards
We had six windows and the front door done. The team measured on a Tuesday and installed three weeks later, on time, no mess. You genuinely cannot see the screens from the street.
Got three quotes. 613 Living were the only ones who actually walked the house, pointed out which windows were the real risk, and gave us a fire escape option for the kids' rooms without being asked.
Screened the whole balcony. We use it every night now instead of about twice a summer. Should have done it five years ago.
Attempted break in about four months after install. They went at the laundry window and gave up. Screen has a scuff on it. That is the whole story.
Heritage terrace, tricky French doors, and they matched the profile beautifully. The council facing side looks untouched.
Straight answers on pricing, no pressure, no "today only" discount nonsense. Refreshing after the last mob we dealt with.
