Quotes
Quotes are based on an on site measure and are valid for 30 days. Prices are itemised per opening so you can stage the work. Nothing is manufactured until you approve the drawings in writing.
Deposits and payment
Because every screen is custom made to your measurements, a deposit is required to commence manufacture. The balance is payable on completion of installation.
Product warranty
Every 613 Living screen carries a product warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms are provided with your documentation on handover.
Installation warranty
We warrant our installation workmanship. If a screen we fitted moves, binds or seals poorly because of how it was installed, we come back and fix it.
What is not covered
Damage caused by impact, attempted forced entry, misuse, unapproved modification, or by cleaning with solvents, abrasives or high pressure washers. Normal weathering of powder coat in severe coastal environments where the recommended wash down schedule has not been followed.
Care
Rinse screens with fresh water every few months, more often within a few kilometres of the coast. Wipe frames with mild soapy water. That is the entire maintenance requirement.
